Entry forms for a pair of tickets to the Garth Brooks November 14 Concert in Kansas City are now available in the store. Come in soon to enter. One pair of tickets will be drawn from that box during the live broadcast on November 1.
Rules are simple: Only one entry per person. Must be 18. Must live in listening area of CLEAR 99. Do not need to be present to win.
On Thursday November 1, from 4:00-6:00 pm, CLEAR99'S "Uncle Scotty" will be in the store with a second box to give away the second set of tickets from that box only. Listeners can rush to the store to get their entry form in the drawing at that time.

NO TRADES WILL BE ACCEPTED ON THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 1 -- NO EXCEPTIONS.
From 4:00-6:00pm on November 1 CLEAR 99FM will be in the store, broadcasting remote, to give away TWO PAIR of tickets for the Garth Brooks November 14 concert in Kansas City. Several hundred people are expected to visit the store during that time period.
For our customers, we are supposed to have the giveaway box and coupons to fill out in the store on Monday of that week -- avoid the rush, come in early to take a chance on winning.

Effective immediately only ONE bag of trades per person per day will be accepted for in-store credit. NO EXCEPTIONS.
The store is working on a tight time schedule to create major open space in the store for our Garth Brooks promotion in November with CLEAR 99FM.

2007 MACAVITY MYSTERY AWARDS
The Macavity Award, named after T.S. Eliot's "mystery cat" in Old Possum's Book of Practical Cats, is given each year by members of Mystery Readers International for books published in the previous year.
2007 Award Winners are NANCY PICKARD for The Virgin of Small Plains for Best Novel, and NICK STONE for Mr. Clarinet for Best First Novel.
Stone's book also won 2007 International Thriller Writer's Best First Novel Award.
